Darren Andreoli, Owner

Darren is a third generation builder with a passion for creating beautiful new homes and a reputation for unparalleled customer service. Darren prides himself on listening to client needs and then completing projects on time and on budget. Darren has extensive experience in building homes in the local beach areas and he understands the complex coastal regulation requirements. Darren received his MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and lives in Easton with his wife and three sons.

 

Bob Sprouls, Owner

Bob prides himself on impeccable attention to architectural detail and design. He draws upon his experience, as well as an extensive network of designers and suppliers, to ensure that Bluewater homes have the most desirable layouts, finishes and features, as well as the latest in home systems, needed to support today’s lifestyle. Prior to his career in building luxury homes, Bob was a real estate attorney living in Manhattan. Having moved to Westport with his family, Bob completely understands the needs and wants of buyers moving up from the City. Bob lives in the Hunt Club area of Westport with his wife, twin girls and son.

 

Izzy Quaranta, Lead Project Manager

We are fortunate to have Izzy as our lead project manager. With over 25 years experience in the construction industry, Izzy is responsible for making sure the construction sites are running smoothly and efficiently. Our customers find Izzy extremely personable and helpful, which helps Bluewater maintain its high level of customer service.

 

Kirsten Ceva, Office Manager

Joining the team in 2010, Kirsten is responsible for managing the office, bookkeeping, purchasing and keeping the day-to-day office activities flowing smoothly. As a Mathematics major in college and with business experiences in accounting, marketing and human resources, Kirsten is a valuable addition to our team. An active volunteer in the local community and proud mother of three daughters, Kirsten always wears a smile and is happy to help our customers in any way.
